Millennial Expert, Lisa Orrell, Educates Well-Known Companies About Gen Y Worldwide

Millennial and Generation Relations expert, Lisa Orrell, author of Millennials Incorporated, has now added a Global Millennials Seminar to her latest speaking topics. In this new seminar, Lisa educates HR, Diversity, recruitment and Management Executives at well-known companies, such as Cicsco Systems, about the impact Millennials are having on corporate cultures worldwide; not just in the United States.

Lisa Orrell is a Millennial and Generation Relations expert who is hired by well-known corporations and professional associations to discuss her insights about attracting, recruiting, managing and retaining Millennials (Generation Y) in the professional workforce. And now companies are seeking her assistance to better understand the impact of this new generation on workforce's globally.

Through my speaking engagements in the U.S. I have found that most HR, Diversity, Recruitment, and/or Management Teams know very little about the Millennials worldwide, explains Orrell.
