Maxim have made the shortlist of five for the prestigious National Online Recruitment Awards (NORA)

Quantity Surveying & construction recruitment specialists Maxim have made the shortlist of five for the prestigious National Online Recruitment Awards (NORA) with their site www.maximrecruitment.co.uk.

The annual awards are divided into five categories, and Maxim Recruitment, based in Hoddesden, are competing in the best Specialist Recruitment Agency Website section.
The judging panel, made up of recruitment industry experts, looks at ease of use, design and layout, prominence in the market, and available facilities for jobseekers as well as measuring usage. The site will be judged from a jobseekerís point of view.

ìAs we designed the site to be friendly to our clients, we are obviously pleased with our success so far, and hope that it will prove to be the best of all.î says Maxim director, Steve Thomas.

The winners will be announced on 18th October, but already the finalists are entitled to include the coveted NORA logo on their websites and literature.

Steve and his fellow director, Mark Guthrie, have some 15 years recruitment experience in building, civil engineering and cost consulting recruitment. Although their clients include a number of leading contractors and consultants, their aim is to provide a very personal service.
