Management Reporting Times Reduced By Half With Topaz

Options Employment Group has reduced management reporting times by a half and saved a week of staff time by utilising the advanced functionality within Topaz Financials.

Previously Options was taking over two weeks to produce reports based on the financial activities of its 15 companies. When Topaz Financials was introduced it initially reduced the time by three days before the latest Topaz management reporting module dramatically slashed reporting time even further.

Now Kalpesh Parshotam, Options Finance Manager, can produce a complete Management Reporting Pack - based on each division at all the branch offices of every company within the group - in just over a week. Automated functionality has also helped to eliminate errors.

Development work is now taking place to enhance the weekly Margin Reporting within Topaz Financials that is an essential activity for recruitment companies that pay temps on a weekly basis.
