Helen Humphries said: Employing 13,200 members of staff meant that Nottingham City Council was presented with a real challenge when deciding how to set up a scheme. It was our goal to become the family-friendly employer of choice in the Nottingham area. pandmm tailored a bespoke íWork Perksí package for us and the results have been fantastic. I will be sharing some of the secrets to this success at the pandmm Employee Benefits Conference 2007.

Richard Davies, Head of Employee Benefits at pandmm commented: Organisations as diverse as Corby Borough Council, Gloria Jeans Coffee, UCAS and Britannia Building Society have gained a competitive edge in the recruitment market by introducing added incentives for their staff with the help of our employee benefits programme. With this in mind we have decided to take this conference the length and breadth of Britain to give more companies the same opportunity.

This nationwide event is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate the advantages of total benefits solutions. We also hope to highlight that using a single source provider can really make a difference to the quality of an employee benefits scheme and will be using various examples from our clientsí programmes to show how our work can ensure successful returns.
