Madgex ranked in the top 50 of Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For 2009 list

Online recruitment site, Madgex is proud to announce that it has been successful in achieving a place in the prestigious Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work for 2009 list. Ranked 43rd out of the whole of the UK, the job board software provider based in Brighton achieved excellent scores in the 8 workplace assessment categories.

Following anonymous surveys, Madgex saw employees award a top 25 score for questions about My Manager (83% positive). Employees said their manager regularly shows appreciation for a job well done (87% and a top 10 result), is open and honest (90%) and cares about team members as individuals (86%). Staff were also happy to agree that they can grow in their job (88%) and donít feel limited in how much they learn (76%).
