Midlands based specialist recruitment company Macildowie, has announced the appointment of four new team members

Midlands based specialist recruitment company Macildowie, has announced the appointment of four new team members.
 
The new starters will be joining the best small company to work for in the Midlands, after Macildowie ranked seventh in The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to work for, list.
 
Having worked in the recruitment industry for 13 years, Kerry Thurman joins Macildowie with a wealth of experience recruiting HR professionals on a permanent, contract and temporary basis.   Macildowie is keen to utilise this experience, with Kerry being tasked to head up HR recruitment in Warwickshire.
 
A University of Loughborough graduate, Row Davies previously worked for a successful hospitality and catering recruitment agency.  Row quickly progressed through the ranks to the position of branch manager. At Macildowie she will be working on the recruitment of HR roles up to £35k in the Leicestershire and surrounding areas.
 
Kate Hallam, a CIMA qualified Accountant (ACMA), joins Macildowie as a financial controller. Kate cut her teeth at Kitbag Limited, where over a six-year period she rose to the position of finance manager. She joins Macildowie from Vision Express where she initially worked as a divisional finance manager, before being promoted to the position of group management accountant. 
 
Macildowies Talent Pool trainee scheme is resulting in many fantastic additions to the team, and Pippa Haggart is the latest. A recent graduate from Oxford Brookes University, she joins Macildowie through the scheme and will begin training as a recruitment consultant.
