Williamson most recently served as a principal and Chairman of The Williamson Group, a leading Washington, D.C.legal recruiting firm recently acquired by Lucas Group. He works with firms nationally in connection with partner and practice group placements and law firm mergers. Over the past several years, Williamson has been involved in some of Washington, D.C.ís largest practice group placements. Prior to forming The Williamson Group, Williamson was Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of The JHM Group, a McLean, Virginia investment firm specializing in creating and managing asset-based securities for institutional clients. He also served as Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Oxford Development Corporation, a national real estate developer. Williamson practiced law in the areas of real estate securities and corporate finance from 1978 to 1985.
