Learn How Onboarding Technology Can Help Retain New Employees

Todayís new hires need more than just a paycheck to convince them to stay at a new job

Todayís new hires need more than just a paycheck to convince them to stay at a new job, evidenced by 86 percent of respondents of a recent Aberdeen Onboarding Benchmark Report Survey making their decision whether or not to stay in their position within the first six months on the job.

To help human resource (HR) and HR information systems professionals better engage and retain new hires, the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) is sponsoring a webinar, Using a Technology Driven Talent Experience to Onboard and Retain Your New Employees. The webinar will showcase solutions that rapidly transition new hires into productive contributors and re-invigorate current staff, as well as identify best practices companies can use to retain new employees with the use of technology.

Additionally, the session will cover:
- Reasons to select and use technology onboarding solutions.
- Identifying how a new hire portal can be integrated into the overall onboarding strategy.
- Using a new hire portal to engage new employees as soon as they accept an offer throughout the onboarding process.
- Examples of content and branding that can be employed to engage and retain new hires.
- Results achieved and case studies.
