Launch of Selection Tool for Recruitment Consultants

Window of opportunity to learn about stress in the workplace and how to avoid it

How Recruitment Consultants can sharpen up the way they match candidates to clients will be the topic of an event run by ConsultingTools. This event provides an opportunity for Recruitment Consultants to gain an insight into the newly launched selection tool ñ Facet5-Audition.

Facet5-Audition is designed to relate candidates to specific írolesí. By defining the core requirements of a role, Facet5-Audition can then link candidates to the roles, and indicate exactly how closely they ífití the role required. In addition, Facet5-Audition creates a detailed interview guide showing exactly which areas to probe, what questions to ask and what to look for in the answers. Facet5-Audition is based on the Facet5 model of personality, used widely in the UK and around the world by major organisations such as Sun, Sony, Goodyear, Intel, Airbus and The Post Office

The one-day training session will be led by ConsultingToolsí Chief Psychologist, Dr Mark Slaski. Mark has a PhD in Organisational Psychology. He has extensive experience in psychometrics and the use of assessment tools in various business capacities.

The session will feature:

Benefits of using competencies in recruitment and selection
Background and Rationale behind Facet5-Audition module
How to create best-fit role templates
Using a template to predict candidate success in the role
Use of Facet5-Audition for interviewing

The session will cover what Facet5-Audition is and the widespread research undertaken to create the tool. Attendees will learn how using Facet5-Audition in their recruitment process can cut down the amount of time spent matching candidates to suitable jobs and will illustrate to clients the accuracy of the best-fit templates.

Facet5-Audition is being launched on 1st March 2007. As a special offer during the launch month ConsultingTools is running a series of free training sessions specifically for recruitment consultants at ConsultingTools offices (just outside Cambridge). The first of these will take place on Thursday 15th February.

Spaces will be limited. If you are interested in booking a place or reading a case study about use of Facet5-Audition, please get in touch with Katherine Little at ConsultingTools either on 0845 3700 237 or klittle@consultingtools.com.
