Keir Tutt has joined thomsons online benefits in a new role as Director of Client Services. In his new role he will be responsible for retaining and developing thomsons online benefitsí existing client base through the delivery of outstanding customer service. thomsons client base is diverse and includes many of the UKís top 25 law firms, Avon Cosmetics, the Economist, the MOD, MTV, Ticketmaster, and Smith and Nephew.
Keir was previously Head of Operations and Client Relationships at 4th Contact Limited, which was acquired by Vebnet last October. He brings with him a wealth of experience, including the successful delivery of many flexible benefit strategies and a proven ability in establishing and maintaining outstanding levels of customer service.
