Kenexa U.K., a division of Kenexa, the UK leader in comprehensive human resource (HR) solutions, today announced the addition of three new hires to support the Company’s continued growth. Joining Kenexa are Margaret Macafee as managing consultant, Xenia Bendit as research analyst and Matt Jordan as marketing administrator.
Kenexa’s CEO, Rudy Karsan, welcomed the new additions to the U.K. team. He said, Kenexa’s presence in Europe is rapidly expanding as more companies turn to us for world-class talent recruitment and employee surveys. Margaret, Xenia and Matt will be instrumental in meeting the increasing demand for our services, as well as for delivering the superior levels of customer satisfaction for which Kenexa is renowned.
Macafee is a business psychologist with a strong record of delivering tangible business benefits to clients. She joins Kenexa from Bernard Hodes Group where she was a solutions consultant responsible for auditing recruitment processes, designing and implementing surveys, and providing psychometrics profiles for senior appointments. She has also held positions as an organisational development consultant at Barclaycard and Allied Domecq. Macafee holds a M.Sc. degree in occupational psychology from University of Nottingham, where she was the project manager of the University’s Department of Psychology. Her B.Sc. degree in psychology is from University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Bendit joins Kenexa from Hay Group, where she was an analyst focused on the retail sector. There, she held project management responsibilities for the retail reward practice report and graduate recruitment and compensation survey. Before that, she worked for Tarp Europe and NOP Market Research Group. She holds a M.Sc. degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a B.Sc. Psychology from University of Westminster.
Matt Jordan joins Kenexa from Pell & Bales. He has also held positions at Employment Plus Agency and Crawley College, where he graduated with A-levels in Theatre and Media Studies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the London Metropolitan University.
