Kenexa Europe Reports 2004 as Record Year; Well-Positioned for Continued Success in 2005

Results and strategic vision for 2005

Kenexa Europe, a division of Kenexa, a global provider of innovative human capital solutions, today announced its 2004 results and strategic vision for 2005. Managing Director Vernon Bryce shared, Weíre delighted to report an outstanding year for Kenexa Europe. Two major trends: the massive demand for HR metrics and recruitment process solutions are propelling the increase in our business. Kenexa are experts in both areas, particularly in employee survey metrics and talent management solutions.

A significant number of major U.K., European and International corporations turned to Kenexa Europe for such solutions in 2004. A leading international consumer electronics vendor expanded its existing relationship with the Company and Kenexa Europe added new clients in the telecommunications and retail market sectors. To support this growth, Kenexa Europeís team expanded in 2004, as the Company welcomed several specialist appointments in key front-line positions. Chartered psychologist Dr. Jonathan Hill joined as Research Director, lending his more than 30 years international experience in the work of assessment and development of personal strengths to Kenexa Europeís clients.

Bryce continued, Our front-line European team in London comprises programme leaders who have consulted in many leading global organisations on their recruiting and employee retention issues. In 2005, we predict an increased HR market focus on acquiring, positioning, rewarding, retaining and developing talent, especially as global resourcing trends improve. It will be critical for every company to focus on their talent. We are already assisting with the right blend of HR software and services to ensure success.
