Kelly Services appoint new marketing director

Steve Girdler has been appointed Marketing Director of recruitment experts Kelly Services UK.

Steve has extensive experience both inside and outside the recruitment industry having worked in senior marketing positions for both Manpower and KPMG.

Steve will report to John Lichtenburg, Vice President of Marketing Management in the US, and will directly manage the marketing team based at Kelly’s UK head office location in Old Broad Street, London. Commenting on his appointment Steve said, In my role as Kelly’s UK marketing director, I intend to build on Kelly’s reputation as one of the leading recruitment specialists in the country. In particular I plan to tune our marketing to help the business achieve its sales and growth objectives this year and beyond. I think there are real opportunities to strengthen the awareness of the Kelly brand and what we stand for.
