JPA Joins The Refero Revolution

Refero have announced that the JPA Recruitment Group has registered to use the refero sRDMS, the innovative employee and candidate referencing service.

In response to the ever-increasing demand JPA have launched a new division -JPA Temps- to provide a fast, professional temp staff solution for their clients. JPA Temps provides high-calibre candidates into a variety of roles, spanning a number of industry sectors. Headed by Ms Charlie Ryan, JPA Temps division has access to over 10,000 candidates who are seeking temporary positions each year. Use of the refero sRDMS service will be a crucial innovation that Ms Ryan will and her team will utilise to drive efficiency and revenue generation.

The MD of the JPA GROUP and REC Chairman for the London Region, James Pritchard, directed Ms Ryan to the refero sRDMS. Ms Ryan has commented:

The real effect will be felt when there is mass usage of the sRDMS and at that point we will feel the benefits, as the candidates we are registering will be coming to us with easily accessible, authorised references. Using the sRDMS for temp workers will allow us to turn around a temporary registration to a placement within minutes. We are prepared to input a reference for every candidate that has worked for us and finishes an assignment from 1st January 2007 ongoing and we are confident that within the next 6 months the candidates we are registering will be providing us with that unique ID for us to download this information within seconds.

This increases the speed of the service we offer our clients which is already fast paced in todayís market, the only area that slows us down is awaiting references. So Welcome Refero!
