John Lapinski has joined Buck Consultants as a Principal in the firm's Detroit office

Lapinski joins Buck from Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where he served as Principal. With more than 20 years of benefits experience, Lapinski's expertise includes plan design, financial analysis, and administration of a wide range of benefit programs. He consults on consumer-directed health care plans, paid time off, pharmacy benefit management, claim audits, and retiree medical issues.

Lapinski received his bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University and his MBA from Indiana University.
