Job board pledges support for Childrenís Hospices

JobTonic.com confirmed this week that its chosen charity for 2007 will be the Childrenís Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS).

JobTonic.comís MD, Gordon Adam, ëWe are pleased to be involved with a charity that does such good work in our area. We hope to continue our giving and eventually make it a proportion of the commissions we pay people for successfully recommending our jobs to their friends. At the moment commissions on offer top 200,000.í

CHAS helps over 200 children and their families a year and relies heavily on support from the community.

CHASí Southeast of Scotland Fundraising Manager, Kerry Jackson, welcomed the support from JobTonic.com commenting ëIt is really fantastic that JobTonic.com have chosen to support CHAS throughout 2007. I have no doubt that through their job site, many more people in the Edinburgh area will be made aware of the work we do at our childrenís hospices, Rachel House in Kinross and Robin House in Balloch.í
