Irish Online Recruitment Firm to Expand into Middle East from Dubai

ìIrish firm, Candidate Manager, the global provider of web enabled Talent Management Systems has expanded into the Middle East, selling into the region from Dubai,î said An Taoiseach, Mr Bertie Ahern TD, speaking on a Trade Mission to Dubai and Saudi Arabia, accompanied by Mr Micheal Martin, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment. ìThe move is part of an overall expansion plan into the Middle East for Saongroup.com, the Irish based, international online recruitment group,î he continued.

He continued: ìThe population of the United Arab Emirates is 2 million and Dubai as a hub is a gateway to a population of more than 150 million in the Middle East. UAE internet penetration is 36% and has seen a 90% growth in usage between 2000 and 2006. There is a significant correlation between our capabilities and the economic trends both in the UAE and the greater Middle East region.î
