Soraya joins the growing Public Sector team with 6 years HR generalist and in-house recruitment experience within the retail, engineering and professional services industries. Soraya also has 18 months agency recruitment experience gained within the HR arena. Soraya has an MSc in HR and is CIPD qualified.

Alison started her career in HR during which time she became IPD qualified. Alison then moved into the recruitment industry where she has spent the past 15 years. Although Alison has recruited across most business/industry sectors and has worked with a variety of functional areas, her main specialist area lies within HR and Finance roles. Alison will be based in Leeds and will be opening the new Leeds office for Interim Performers.
