Interactive Recruitment and Training which operates the job boards AviationJobsearch.com, TravelJobsearch.com and CareersInRecruitment has announced that it is seeking acquisitions to add to its portfolio of niche job boards. The South East based Company was launched in 1999 by joint founding Directors Tim Dawson and John Ellis and has become the largest niche board operator in the three different industries it specialises in.
The announcement follows record growth in sales this year, achieving sales 25% over projections. Combined visitor sessions across all three sites have grown to 370,000 per month.
Interactive is seeking acquisitions which would benefit from the successful business model it has developed for the existing sites which are all leaders in their respective niches. Target companies are those with strong growth potential.
