Imprint Plc makes its debut in the Sunday Times list of Best Medium Companies to Work For

AIM listed recruitment group, Imprint Plc is pleased to announce its entry into this yearís Sunday Times ì100 Best Medium Companies to Work Forî.

This is the first time Imprint Plc has entered the scheme as a Group and has been eligible for the medium sized companiesí category. Imprint has seen rapid expansion over the last two years, with four acquisitions and significant organic growth, including the introduction of new service lines and office locations both in the UK and internationally. The Group now employs over 400 staff based in 14 offices across 12 cities in eight countries.

Imprint Plcís entry into the ì100 Best Medium Companies to Work Forî and its star accreditation, awarded earlier in the year, confirms the businessí success in integrating its acquisitions into the Group and in maintaining a positive, motivating and team-spirited working environment for all its employees. The company will continue to deliver a strategy that will encourage a high performance working culture across all of the Groupís brands and locations in which it operates.

The survey based on employee feedback saw Imprint enter the rankings in 94th place with an impressive 80% of employees citing that their managers were open and honest and care about their job satisfaction. High marks were also awarded for the strong, motivating and team-spirited working environment that the Group provides along with 78% of staff stating they are excited about where the company is going and the growth plans it has place.
