Partnering with Walden to include aptitude tests with IKM’s knowledge-based assessments will allow IKM to provide its clients with an assessment solution when candidates have little or no knowledge in the subject area to measure. Unlike measuring knowledge, aptitude tests measure the capacity or potential of an individual to acquire and usefully apply particular knowledge or skills.
