They are now officially available through the company’s lead product, Identified Recruit.
Identified Recruit is at the forefront of new recruiting technologies. Compared to LinkedIn, Identified Recruit is not limited by its user base. Rather, it is powered by the real-time web and social media information. While other products specialize in technical hires or focus on a single data source, Identified Recruit is the only comprehensive offering that covers both multiple industries and multiple data sources.
Unlike solutions that rely on user-generated data, Identified is able to recognize and process professional data from nearly any public social media source. As a result, the company offers an unprecedented database of professional information and can identify hard-to-find talent for industries that have difficulty finding qualified hires.

Over the past year, Identified has been testing the new recruiting technology in challenging markets like healthcare with a group of select charter clients, including UCSF Medical Center, as well as Yale-New Haven and New York Presbyterian Hospital systems.
Identified Recruit quickly gained recognition among healthcare organizations as a key source of specialized talent for critical care roles. For example, Identified provides recruitable profiles for 47,648 Certified Nurses Aides while only 8,345 can be found on LinkedIn. For Surgical Technicians, Identified has over 3,502 profiles, where only 87 can be found on LinkedIn.
Earlier this month, Identified announced the hire of Facebook’s manager of data science, Mohammad Sabah to direct and develop the expansion of the company’s core technology.
