iCIMS, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, today announced its 2006 year-end summary, which highlighted record-breaking sales, significant corporate accolades, and continued excellence in customer service.
In 2006, iCIMS broke its previous new sales record by signing more than 140 domestic and global clients onto its iRecruiter Applicant Tracking Solution (ATS) platform. Additionally, iCIMS exceeded its 2005 revenue benchmark by 162 percent, while maintaining a customer retention rate of 97 percent or higher for the fourth consecutive year. iCIMSí client base represents a diverse mix of corporate sizes and industries, including healthcare, retail, financial services and consumer products manufacturing. This year, iCIMS welcomed such leading organizations as Wal-mart.com, TIMCO Aviation, Canon Business Solutions, Terex Corporation, Tufts Health Plan, and FreshDirect. Additional new clients include the worldís leading natural and organic foods supermarket, the operator of the worldís largest general use car rental brand, and a leading jeweler and specialty retailer.
