iCIMS Kicks Off 2006 with Record First Quarter

HAZLET, N.J. ñ iCIMS, provider of Web-based Hiring Management Solutions, today announced company results for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.

During the first quarter of 2006, the company broke its previous record held for this same quarter last year by signing nearly 40 new customers in industries ranging from health care to financial services to consumer products manufacturing. iCIMS welcomed leading organizations, including XM Satellite Radio, Olympus America, LG Electronics MobileComm USA, Linsco/Private Ledger Corporation, the George Washington University Medical Center and Brother International, to its client portfolio. iCIMS maintained its 97 percent client retention rate during Q1, 2006, and exceeded the previous revenue record for this period with revenue generation of 193 percent of sales for Q1, 2005. The company also expanded its global presence through a strategic alliance with Talenger, a highly regarded Human Resources consulting firm headquartered in South Africa. Under the terms of the partnership, Talenger is the exclusive distributor and reseller of iCIMSí suite of iRecruiter talent management solutions in sub-Saharan Africa.

Additionally, iCIMS received notable recognition from respected industry publications, including Workforce Management magazine, which ranked the company as one of the industryís top three providers of Applicant Tracking Solutions on the publicationís Hot List.
