Hydrogen strengthens training programme

Hydrogen Group launch intensive training programme to maximise performance and improve service delivery

Hydrogen Group, one of the fastest growing recruitment group in the UK, has launched a new training programme which is a first for the industry. The Talent Development Department is utilised by Partners businesses including Project Partners, Commerce Partners and Target Partners.

Called ADVANCED, the programme has been designed specifically for experienced recruiters with 6-24 months experience to harness and sharpen existing skills, heighten earnings and support them through their career into managing a successful team.

Following the success of the ACADEMY programme for trainee consultants that was launched 11 months ago, ADVANCED will be delivered via on-the-job tuition. This bespoke training was developed by Hydrogenís Talent Development Department and will include competencies like successful negotiation skills, building client business and managing the recruitment process.

ìOur growth strategy consists of four elements: a unique business model, a niche focus, a spotlight on people and their commitment to industry best practice,î said Tim Smeaton, Managing Director of Hydrogen. ìAs a result we invest significantly in staff development in order to fast-track their recruitment career. We find that giving our people the advice, support and freedom to develop their skills and ultimately own their business is a fantastic opportunity and a real draw for new recruits.î

Hydrogen, a group of specialist recruitment consultancies, has a clear vision and strategy to build autonomous brands that are grown by successful recruitment professionals that are developed from within the company. The Groupís investment in talent management has resulted in the organisation being named Britainís Top Employer 2007 by the Guardian, being awarded Three Star Status as an ìExtraordinary Employerî by Best Companies, and being placed in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for league for the past three consecutive years.
