Hummingbird Coaching Services has been invited to speak on health and wellness coaching at the Medical Wellness Summit, scheduled for Monday, April 30, 2007 at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Sean Slovenski, Hummingbird president and chief executive officer and a pioneer in online wellness coaching, will co-present a session titled Health and Wellness Coaching, Successful Models. Slovenski and Margaret Moore of WellCoaches will discuss advantages of various coaching models including tutorial, telephonic, Web and integrated approaches.
Both speakers will discuss the parameters for establishing coaching systems in corporations, and the need for employers to encourage healthy living among employees and curb the rise in healthcare costs. The presentation is part of the Summitís afternoon session, Health and Wellness Solutions, The New Healthy Living Consumer.
Mr. Slovenski is also scheduled to participate in two executive roundtable discussions: Health Coaching and Wellness Assessments, and Worksite Wellness Models and Programs.
In conjunction with speaking at The Medical Wellness Summit, Mr. Slovenski is among the presenters at the National Wellness, Prevention and Fitness Conference, co-located with the Summit at The Venetian Hotel. He is part of the panel discussion, New Technologies and Coaching that are Driving Compelling Wellness Outcomes, on Wednesday, May 2, 2007.
