HRsmart Joins Monsterís HR Alliance Program

Integrates Real-Time Posting, Shared Apply And Resume Search Into ATS

HRsmart, a global provider of Talent Management technology solutions today announced that it has joined Monsterís HR Vendor Alliance Program. The enhanced relationship with Monster will allow HRsmart to integrate key Monster accessibility into its applicant tracking system (ATS) which will lead to increased recruiter productivity, more precise sourcing and a higher percentage of completed candidate applications.

HRsmart now offers integration with Monsterís industry-leading core recruitment products and services to new and existing clients. This new alliance will allow clients the ability to take advantage of real-time posting, resume search and shared apply to Monster from within their HRsmart applicant tracking system.

Real-Time Posting
When a recruiter posts a job through their applicant tracking system, it will be viewable on Monster.com within minutesóminimizing the time required for recruiters to post jobs and enable near-time processing of opportunities. This added feature gives recruiters the ability to manage multiple jobs across numerous company divisions, change the status of postings on Monster when positions are filled, and close or place jobs on hold from within their ATS.

Resume Search
The integration of Monsterís SmartFind Resume Search functionality allows recruiters to access Monsterís extensive resume bank. Recruiterís can search by keyword, resume date, recent employer and many other required criteria types and selected resumes can be uploaded into ATS folders or pooled for each access.

Shared Apply
When a seeker applies for a job on Monster posted from the ATS vendorís application, their application will automatically include information from their Monster profile. This will save time for potential applicants and increase the number of qualified candidates for employers.
