HRsmart and TMP to jointly market recruiting solutions

HRsmart and TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, a division of Monster Worldwide, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, HRsmart will integrate TMPís advanced Internet job distribution tool, Job VIPeR (Volume Internet Posting e-Resource), into its Applicant Tracking System (ATsmart), as well as refer its clients to TMPís interactive recruiting solutions. In return, TMP Worldwideís Advertising & Communications division will refer its qualified interactive clients to HRsmartís innovative applicant tracking solutions.
