HRsmart, a global provider of web-based talent management solutions, and Burning Glass Technologies, the provider of resume processing, screening, and search automation, announced an enhanced partnership to deliver HRsmart clients unlimited parsing and intelligent search functionality, as well as an enhanced web interface with greater ease-of-use for the jobseeker.

HRsmart’s two-year partnership with Burning Glass has effectively provided its applicant tracking clients with access to the world’s most advanced technologies for reading and extracting data from resumes and finding the most suitable resumes for a job. New advances in technology now allow for ìintelligent searchî capability giving recruiters the ability to resume match with faster, more accurate results.
