HR.com Announces Keynote Lineup at the 4th Annual Power of People Gala Event, Invites Calls for Presentation and Welcomes Staffing.org and PricewaterhouseCoopers/Saratoga as Track Partners

Staffing.org will conduct a program on measuring people performance and PwC/Saratoga returns with the largest group of HR professionals committed to HR Metrics and Measurements in How HR Talks to Wall Street program

HR.com, the largest research and Web destination for HR Executives, today announced that Jim Collins (www.JimCollins.com) will be the opening keynote speaker at the 4th Annual Power of People Gala Event, being held September 25 to 27 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Weíre thrilled that Jim will be joining us this year in Phoenix, says Debbie McGrath, CEO of HR.com. Jimís area of expertise is in examining great companies ñ how they grow, how they attain superior performance, and how good companies can become great companies. He has invested more than a decade of research into the topic and has authored or co-authored four books on the topic.

In addition, the following keynotes have also confirmed their participation.

Marcy McGinnis was named the Senior Vice President of CBS News Coverage in June 2001, and is the winner of three Emmy Awards. She oversees CBS News, which includes worldwide newsgathering, breaking news, hard news and crisis coverage, as well as the operation of all national and international bureaus. Previously, she was the Vice President, Europe and London Bureau Chief for CBS News, responsible for the day-to-day newsgathering of the CBS News London bureau and for overseeing the Divisionís news coverage in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Ann Rhoades is the former Executive Vice President for JetBlue Airways and Southwest Airlines and currently the President of People Ink. She was one of the five core leaders to launch JetBlue in February of 2000; which was one of the few commercial airlines to make a profit in its first full year of operation (and in the midst of the 9-11 crisis). Annís fierce tenacity to the principle of putting people first has made her a highly sought-after executive.

Program Changes:
This yearís agenda will also see some significant changes. The business program will include 2 day tracks on specific verticals, led in part by HR.comís team of research analysts and industry experts such as Staffing.org and PwC/Saratoga. Staffing.org, a member services organization which uses measured performance to make the best decisions about people and work, will provide a dedicated measurement track including presentations on research, benchmarking and practical applications for organization design and management. PwC/Saratoga returns for the third time with their How HR Talks to Wall Street program.
