HRO Today has published the ìTop HRO Superstarsî listing for four consecutive years. The list recognizes the top service providers that helped buyers discover the benefits of outsourcing, and that were responsible for landing and overseeing the majority of enterprise HRO deals in 2006.
This recognition comes on the heels of a record-breaking sales year for HR XCEL, with new sales in 2006 increasing 60 percent over the previous year.
