HR XCEL, Inc. announces new client partnership with NewDominion bank

HR XCEL, Inc., an experienced provider of human resource outsourcing and benefits administration services, has reached a contract agreement with NewDominion Bank (proposed). HR XCEL will act as the Human Resource department for the bank, providing comprehensive HR services, including employee relations, benefits administration and payroll services.
