HR XCEL, LLC, a national provider of Human Resource Outsourcing, Benefits Administration Outsourcing and Payroll Services, announced today that John Allen has been named Director of Strategic Relationships. He will lead the companyís Sourcing Advisor Program, aimed at building relationships with national HR consulting firms. Allen will be based in the companyís headquarters in Charlotte, N.C.

Allen has more than 13 years of sales experience, including seven years in the HR Outsourcing industry. He most recently spent three years with Paychex as a Regional Sales Representative in their Major Market Services division. Previously, he was the Major Account District Manager for Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
