The meeting will include education and working sessions for a range of HR-XML Consortium projects including benefits enrollment, assessments, competencies, and indicative data for benefits and payroll outsourcing. ELISE: Leveraging Structure and Advanced Matching for Meaningful Search Results, Peter Went, CEO, WCC.

ELISE is a powerful matching engine that leverages structured data, such as HR-XML encoded data. This session will demonstrate how HR-XML data saved from MicrosoftR Office can be leveraged by ELISE. The resulting matching solution goes beyond keyword searching by enabling the use of weighted criteria, gliding scales, and affinity matrices.

EDIFIX is a tool used by leading XML standards organizations as well as standards implementers to create and manage schema documentation and implementation guides. The tool supports the creation of custom implementation guides. This presentation will demonstrate approaches for creating implementation guides for in-house team members and trading partners.
