HR and training specialist, HR Ltd, has gained accreditation to run in-house professional training programmes that will lead to national qualifications provided by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
HR Ltd, part of national recruitment Group, HR GO plc, can now run core skills training programmes for recruitment consultants that form part of the RECís Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
The qualification is currently held by more than 15,000 recruiters across the UK, with another 3,000 joining annually. Those holding the Certificate are eligible to use the letters CertRP to show their qualified status.
