Latest research from financial services recruitment and HR services firm The Blomfield Group shows that as the employment market hots up in the City of London and other key financial services centres, jobs are filling faster than at any time since 2000.
In London, it is now taking 8.6 weeks to fill a vacancy (from date of posting vacancy to the date of the new employee starting), down from 10.0 weeks one year ago and 11.8 weeks in March 2000.
