HotLizard goes from strength to strength.

As wide range of new recruitment web sites go live.

As 2003 begins and HotLizard has completed itís third financial year, the online recruitment solutions company is celebrating the go live of many of the client projects that it has been working on during the latter half of the year. Despite the challenging market conditions for recruitment, HotLizard has found that their business has remained strong and buoyant.

Managing Director, Adele Poole comments; ëAlthough sectors within recruitment have been suffering from the economic situation, we are finding that demand for excellent quality web solutions remains constant and that many clients are focussing strongly on their web presence to increase the overall levels of candidate and client activity, whilst also reducing their internal administration costs. We feel that the three key factors that have committed clients to working with us over the past year ñ our in-depth industry knowledge, experience and consistent delivery, tremendous success in online marketing and our over-riding commitment to customer service and satisfaction.í

Projects that have recently been completed include a new web site for Morgan McKinley, specialists in banking and financial services recruitment and for Certes, focussed on IT recruitment services; several web sites for the Jark Resourcing group of companies and a new presence for Macildowie Associates, a market leader for accounting, IT, legal and senior appointments in the East and West Midlands.

Zena OíBrien from Morgan McKinley commented, HotLizard performed excellently to achieve all our project requirements. We were working to an extremely tight deadline and HotLizard proposed and delivered a phased approach in order to get a workable website built from scratch in just a couple of weeks. Their commitment and professionalism was excellent.

Sandra Joyes of Jark Resourcing plc echoed these sentiments, ëHotLizard responded to a complex project requirement in a positive and cost-effective fashion, developing the Jark Corporate site and three of the recruitment companies in the group simultaneously. The recruitment companies are all separate enterprises with unique identities but the database technology behind each of the sites comprises central functionality, thus vastly reducing the cost to implement. It has also helped Jark to future-proof the web solution as web sites for the remaining group companies and new acquisitions can be implemented virtually immediately using the same technology. HotLizard completely understood our requirement and has proved a valuable online technology partner.í

2003 will also see the launch of HotLizard's second major integration project with Bond's Adapt recruitment software solution for welsh based Acorn Recruitment Limited. Acorn is one of the largest independent recruitment and training specialists in the UK and their web site will provide real time integration of candidate and vacancy data with Adapt and also place booking management and timesheet submission and authorisation online for their key clients.

Jerome Peck IT Manager of Acorn remarked that 'Hot Lizard entirely understood our requirements and exactly what we were aiming to achieve. Initially, the project consisted of four new websites linked into our central front office database system, however in view of the anticipated growth of the Acorn Group over the coming months it was also essential that the design of the system would allow further development and quick implementation of additional integrated websites. The new functionality will further improve the service we provide to our candidates and clients. Acorn has full confidence in Hot Lizard's technical ability and would fully recommend them for their professionalism.

HotLizard is looking forward to a similarly successful 2003. Amongst the new clients who have commissioned them to be their web development partner is Wynnwith, the Top 100 engineering and technical recruitment solutions company.
