Holtby Turner Appoints Directors to Grow People Development Division

Holtby Turner has announced the appointment of Adrian Woodstock as Director of its People Development team, with immediate effect

Holtby Turner, a senior level people development consultancy, has announced the appointment of Adrian Woodstock as Director of its People Development team, with immediate effect.

Adrian has spent over 20 years building a proven track record within the software and professional services sectors both here in the UK and in Europe. He will be supported by Programme Director, Sue Miles, who joins Holtby Turner having spent 18 years in the construction and property sector working in operational units, before moving into the Learning and Development arena. Most recently she held a partnership position at EC Harris LLP.

Based at its Stevenage offices, Holtby Turnerís People Development division will focus on delivering measurable improvements in people performance, productivity and profitability to its clients. The new offering will focus on:

Developing Leaders through equipping talented individuals who possess leadership potential, with the skills to influence and maximise productivity and performance at all levels within business.

Managing Change through the firmís people management methodology which provides clients with a proven structure and process to implement effective, transformational people aspects of change and resultant improvements in productivity and performance.

This new end to end people development service offering by Holtby Turner is in response to an increased demand from its clients as the market becomes tighter in regard to attracting and retaining the right talent.
