Garry Renton has joined Penta Consulting to head up its training department. With impeccable credentials having spent the last two and a half years in a similar role at MSB, Garry has overall responsibility for new starters and for implementing a high performance training and development programme for staff.
My role is to ensure that our new starters have all the tools and skills they need to hit the ground running whether they are working in a support function or in recruitment and that they fully understand our systems, processes and procedures. I am also responsible for working with our managers to deliver flexible modular training for all our staff which we tailor to reflect individual needs and which is geared to building high performance teams that deliver exceptional customer service, Garry explained.
