This meets the growing demand for workplace flexibility by matching proven big hitters with employers who require their talents for a limited number of days each week.
There is a vast but largely untapped market for motivated, high calibre professionals who relish and desire the challenge of firing on all cylinders, but for a variety of reasons only want to do so for one, two or three days a week, says Tim Latham, founder and managing director of

It is expected to prove especially attractive to those with childcare commitments, such as women who may have been on maternity leave and wish to resume their careers while still leaving ample time for their families.
