Diversity consultancy, Performance Through Inclusion, has appointed Kate Headley to head up its new recruitment division.

Kate moves to Performance Through Inclusion from Veredus Executive Resourcing where she was Associate Director with a specific remit in relation to diversity. During her time at Veredus, Kate completed a project in support of the Women and Equalities Unit at the DTI to increase the number of women at board level in the UK.

Before Veredus, Kate successfully ran Dextra Executive Search and Selection, which placed high-level diversity professionals in some of the UKís largest blue chip organisations.

Kate also founded and continues to chair one of the UKís leading diversity networks, whose members include Centrica, RBS, Ford Europe, PepsiCo UK, KPMG, PWC, HBoS and Deloitte. The group works collaboratively as a thought development forum and is recognised as one of the leading think tanks across all aspects of diversity.

In addition to providing executive search and selection within the field of diversity, Kate and her team at PTI will carry out diversity audits of recruitment processes, train both in house and external recruiters, and run diversity awareness workshops for the executive search industry.

Performance Through Inclusion recently launched the InclusionIndex and InclusionAudit, the first automated tools for measuring organisational inclusion and analysing diversity policies and practices, respectively.
