A number of recent surveys and reports have highlighted the resourcing challenges faced by many of todayís organisations. Most notably a new report by David Bartlett, economic advisor to RSM International, one of the top 7 global accountancy firms, shows that mid-tier companies are losing out in the global competition for talent.
