Guildsrealm becomes the first in its market to join exclusives SHL Network

Guildsrealm, the south coastís human resources and recruitment firm, today announced that is has strengthened its relationship with SHL, the worldís leading provider of objective people assessment based on psychometric assessments and ability testing.

Guildsrealmís leading HR consultant Alan Dyer has been selected to join the SHL partner network (SPN) ñ positioning it as the only local executive search firm with a consultant to hold this esteemed endorsement. Alanís partnership selection gives Guildsrealm privileged access to resources to support the business and significantly enhance the level of service it can provide to its clients.

Since 2004, Guildsrealm has worked with SHL to provide market leading assessment services as a robust means of matching the right people to the right jobs. Delivered to support clients in their own recruitment campaigns, as well as to support Guildsrealmís executive search services, it has helped to take the guesswork out of recruiting. All in all it helps to provide an objective, fair and quantifiable appraisal of a candidateís potential ability to be successful in a role.

Securing the partner status through the firmís leading HR consultant Alan Dyer comes at a time when Guildsrealm is heavily promoting the use of psychometric assessments to dramatically improve recruitment decisions, helping employers to remove a large proportion of the risk and costs involved in hiring the ìwrongî person. To become a network partner, Alan became accredited after undergoing SHLís stringent assessment standards. Alan has been accredited to use SHLís assessment tools for over 10 years.
