The Recruiter Award for Best Job Board has been awarded to guardianjobs.co.uk, beating off strong competition from fish4jobs.co.uk, exec-appointments.com and JobsGroup.net.

The main differentiators the judges liked were ìthe real ease of navigation and the understanding of client needs.
