Greta Sherman Joins TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications

(NASDAQ: MNST), the parent company of Monster(R), the leading global online careers property, today announced that Greta Sherman, a nationally-known authority on healthcare industry recruitment and retention, has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, Healthcare.

Sherman has more than 25 years’ experience addressing issues impacting the staffing and care delivery of the nation’s healthcare systems. She has long been recognized as a leader in metric standards development in healthcare human capital and retention management.

Prior to joining TMP, Sherman provided consulting services to a wide range of healthcare clients nationwide. In addition, her workshop, If It Can Be Measured, It Can Be Managed, which addresses statistical management of the healthcare HR function, has been presented in major cities throughout the nation.

Sherman also served on a committee of 24 national nursing associations that developed Nurses for a Healthier Tomorrow, a creative campaign that improved the image of nursing as a profession. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and completed her Master’s work in Communications at Johns Hopkins University.
