With over ten year's experience in the recruitment industry, Graveson was a founding member of The Resource Group within Change eight years ago. She was instrumental in the start up of the permanent division, before moving to manage the HR division and establish the company's specialist learning and development division. She has also played an important role in gaining market share and developing a successful team in this area of specialism.

Commenting on her promotion, Suzanne Ramsay, chief executive of Change Recruitment Group said: Emily is involved in the strategic development and ongoing growth of Change Recruitment Group by attracting and recruiting strong talent to the business. One of the key elements of growth is expansion with the right people. Emily knows the business, she knows exactly the sort of people we need to move the company forward and she has some innovative ideas on recruitment and staff retention. As an experienced recruiter and qualified in CBI and SHL assessments, she will be an invaluable director within the business.

With a blue chip client list that includes Standard Life, Aegon, National Australia Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, Morgan Stanley, Scottish Widows, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, Change Recruitment Group underwent a successful management buyout in December 2006 worth 14 million, led by Suzanne Ramsay and backed by private equity bank, NBGI.
