The home office has opened a consultation process to assess public opinion with a view to reforming how the government handles illegal workers. Suggestions within consultation documentation include doubling fines per illegal worker to £20k, and pursuing company directors for payment of fines where the company dissolves, regardless of limited status.
Safe Screening invite you to a half day seminar to find out about the latest developments surrounding the government's consultation, and what it entails for your business as an employer. With Safe Screening you can find out about the checks you can do to protect yourself from fines, and experience a product that can help you to vet job applicants correctly and cost effectively.
