GooodJob, pioneer of an innovative platform that helps corporate recruiters boost theiremployee referral programs by effectively engaging employees and successfully harnessing social media tools, has been selected as a finalist in the iHR 2012 tech start-up competition at the upcoming HR Tech Europe Conference & Expo.

The competition will take place on October 25 at the Amsterdam RAI in Amsterdam, and will feature six start-ups (selected out of 100 nominations) vying for the grand prize of €10,000. GooodJob's Founder and CEO Assaf Eisenstein and VP Sales Laurie Spieler will present a live demo of the company's Employee Referral Platform to attendees and a panel of 14 judges, including industry analysts, practitioners, investors and tech entrepreneurs.

The HR Tech Europe Conference & Expo is a two-day summit produced by thePan-European HR Network. According to the official announcement released by the competition organizers, the conference attendees include the largest assembly of HR buyers, bloggers, investors and thought leaders in Europe.
