Bristol-based IT recruitment specialists G2 are looking to expand their team with eight new consultants after massive success in its first two years.
The Queen Square operation, which now has 13 employees, is on course to return profits of 1.8 million on a turnover of 7 million as it comes to the end of its second full year. This is a 180% increase in turnover from its first full year, which saw the company turnover 2.5 million with profits approaching 700,000
As the market across the UK for both contract and permanent IT staff continues to improve, G2 Recruitment Solutions is looking to add to its sales force in order to cope with the increased demand and its own expansion plans.
Directors James Gorfin, Simon Gillings and Paul King formed G2 in early 2004 and they are on course to be named as one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK.
They have been heavily investing in advertising, infrastructure and in the marketing of services for both clients and candidates ñ this has greatly contributed to their success in the second year.
