Fusion People appoints Anders

Phil Anders has agreed to join technical recruitment specialists Fusion People in the newly created role of Non-Executive Chairman. Anders, the former CEO of AndersElite will reunite with his old management team who launched Fusion People over a year ago.

Anders has a wealth of experience and a fantastic success record in the Recruitment Industry. He started his career with Manpower in 1974, followed by eight years with a Construction Recruitment Consultancy ending up as General Manager before founding Anders Glaser Wills (now AndersElite) in 1983. He orchestrated the tremendous growth of that company, culminating in ten regional offices, employing over 320 people, with a turnover in excess of 80m before resigning in May 2002 to seek fresh challenges.
